I'm searching for something. A taste only in my mind. It's not about numbers, and balance or finding the route to perfection. The wines I make are the result of trying to cultivate a dream. It's willing into existence something that has no identifiable description other than a thought. My wines are part of an idea. A collection of history, culture, and taste that I think is truly unique to the South African landscape. Honest wines that tell a story of love and tragedy simultaneously without compromise.
